Include or exclude domains from AutoSSL Print

By default, AutoSSL covers all domains and subdomains in your account. You can exclude individual entries, for example a subdomain that points to an external service, or a domain for which you use a purchased certificate.

Exclude a domain

  1. Log in to cPanel at https://cpanel.hoston.ch.
  2. In the Security section, click SSL/TLS Status.
  3. Select the desired domains or subdomains in the list.
  4. Click Exclude Domains from AutoSSL.

Include a domain again

  1. Open Security > SSL/TLS Status.
  2. Select the excluded domains (status "Excluded from AutoSSL").
  3. Click Include Domains during AutoSSL.
  4. Then click Run AutoSSL so the certificate is issued right away.

Note: excluded domains no longer receive a free certificate and, without their own certificate, are shown as "not secure" in browsers.
