Your services renew automatically for the chosen billing period. Before they expire, you receive an invoice by e-mail. Once it is paid, the service continues without interruption.
How does renewal work?
- The renewal invoice is generated before the due date and sent to you by e-mail.
- If you have set up a PayPal subscription, the invoice is paid automatically.
- If an invoice remains unpaid, the service may be suspended after the due date. Please pay on time.
Cancel a service
- Log in at https://my.hoston.ch.
- Open Services and click the service in question.
- Click Request Cancellation.
- Choose when: End of Billing Period (recommended) or Immediate.
- Optionally enter a reason and submit the request.
Important: Before cancelling, back up all your data, such as website files, databases and e-mails. Once the service ends, the data is deleted. Domains must be cancelled separately: under Domains, disable auto-renewal.
