If your website needs more storage or performance, simply switch to a larger plan, for example from Webhosting Rigi to Pilatus or Eiger. Moving to a smaller plan is also possible.
How to change your plan
- Log in at https://my.hoston.ch.
- Open Services and click the plan you want to change.
- Click Upgrade/Downgrade.
- Choose the new plan and the billing cycle, then click Continue.
- Review the summary and complete the order.
How is it billed?
The change is calculated pro rata for the remaining term. With an upgrade you only pay the difference until the end of the current billing period. Once the invoice is paid, the new plan is activated automatically. Your website, e-mails and data are kept.
Note: Before a downgrade, check that your disk usage and the number of domains, mailboxes and databases fit into the smaller plan. Our support team is happy to help with any questions.
