Have you noticed spam, phishing, malware or an attack originating from a website, domain or IP address hosted at hoston.ch? Let us know so that we can investigate and take action.
How to report abuse
Send an e-mail to abuse@hoston.ch with the following details:
- Type of abuse, for example spam, phishing site, malware, copyright infringement or attack.
- The affected URL, domain or IP address.
- Date and time including time zone.
- For spam: the complete e-mail including headers. Ideally, forward the message as an attachment.
- For attacks: relevant excerpts from your log files.
What happens next?
We review every report. If a violation is confirmed, we contact the customer and suspend the affected service if necessary. For data protection reasons, we cannot share details of any measures taken against customers.
Note: To report spam received in your own mailbox with us, mark the message as spam in webmail. For problems with your own service, please use regular support via a ticket.
