Paying an invoice with a QR-bill Print

With the Swiss QR-bill you can pay easily via e-banking, a mobile banking app or at the post office counter. All payment details, including the reference number, are contained in the QR code.

Get the QR-bill

1. Log in at https://my.hoston.ch.
2. Open Invoices and click the unpaid invoice.
3. Select QR-bill as payment method and download the invoice as a PDF. The payment part with the QR code is at the end of the document.

Pay with your mobile banking app

1. Open your bank's app and choose the option to scan a QR-bill.
2. Scan the QR code on your screen or on the printout.
3. Check the amount and the payee, then confirm the payment.

In e-banking on a computer

Many banks let you upload the PDF invoice or scan it with a reader. If you enter the payment manually, make sure to copy the reference number exactly.

At the post office

Print the invoice and take the payment part to the post office counter.

Note: Bank transfers are matched to the invoice automatically once received. Depending on your bank, this can take one to two working days, so allow for this when paying close to the due date.
