Checking or cancelling a PayPal subscription Print

If you set up a PayPal subscription when paying, future invoices are paid automatically. You manage the subscription directly in your PayPal account.

View active subscriptions

1. Log in to PayPal.
2. Click the gear icon (Settings).
3. Open the Payments tab and click Manage automatic payments.
4. Active subscriptions are listed. If there are many entries, click See more.

Cancel a subscription

1. In the list of automatic payments, click the hoston.ch entry.
2. In the details, click Cancel.
3. Confirm the cancellation of the automatic payment.

Important: Cancelling the PayPal subscription only stops the automatic payment, not your service. You will then need to pay future invoices manually. To end the service itself, submit a cancellation request in the Client Area.
